Shuttle for Inkle Looms
This is an extra shuttle for our inkle or mini-inkle looms.
As every weaver knows you can always use more shuttles to add
extra designs/colors to your weaving project, and this is just
the item to do so. One edge of the shuttle is tapered to function
as a beater and has a hand rubbed wax finish.

We are now offering a replacement tension bar for our inkle looms. These 1 1/4" oak tension bars are center bored and then a 5/16" steel rod is placed in them. Tthey are then capped with a wooden knob for better grip when applying tension to an inkle loom. The 5/16" rod is threaded and fits through the slot on the inkle loom where it is tightened onto another knob. These heavy duty tension rods are built to withstand the great tensions that some inkle weaving projects may create. Please choose a stain to match your inkle loom.
