Psaltery Dreams will ship all items USPS and most items are shipped Priority Mail

Return Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2. You can return goods, up to 30 days after receipt, which you have ordered from us when:

1. There is damage from shipping or defects in the products - for exchange.
2. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will exchange/repair your item as desired, or refund the purchase price less monies for supplies and restocking.
4. The rights to return goods to us as referred to in clause 2 above will not apply in the following circumstances:

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
3. The product has been in your possession for more than 30 days

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
